Every time i have a big panic attack the next day i dont want to eat, and if i do its not much. Usually i love food but ever since i have started having panic attacks i have realized i dont want to eat the day after i have one. why is this? is it normal? is there anyway to fix it? please help any advice you have would help me out a whole bunch thank you!

when you have a panic attack it causes your digestive system to stop digesting. hence why you don’t feel hungry. your body shunts the blood away from your stomach and to your organs where the oxygen is needed the most. kind of like adrenaline does. in order to change it you are going to have to avoid your panic triggers. some of the medication they give you for your panic attacks could be making you not hungry too. that is if you are medicated. honestly i would smoke herb. it would keep me from having a panic attack and it makes me hungry. : )

your the boss of you.. regardless of what you "want" eat right.. 3 meals a day.. whatever is wrong with you dont complicate it by a bad diet.
