I have been having panic attacks at least once a night for the last 2 weeks and i always wake up from them with bloodshot eyes.
The next morning i get swollen redness arround my eye.

Is bloodshot eyes after a panic attack normal????

Yep! That is due to the rise in blood pressure from your adrenaline increasing your heart rate. By the way… you really should see a doctor.

Yes, it’s normal, the question is though, why the panic? Blood flows fast when you become frightened or excited, and can cause ‘bloodshot eyes’ along with other reactions, especially in sensitive spots of your body. If you have ‘panic’ attacks, there is usually a reason for it, and you need to confront THAT.
