I was given benaydryll by a doctor to treat some allergies, now the panic attacks I’ve been getting have been at night and have been disrupting my sleep. I believe i slept a total of 5 hours in the last 2 days. I was told it can calm me down and help me sleep but will it trigger a panic attack? Yes I told my doctor about my panic attacks and yes she didnt see it as a serious problem. No doctor really does for some reason. Im also taking amoxilicin for my throat, and was given motrin for ym chest pain and some nexium to take in the morning. Can any of those meds make my panic attacks worse?

I’ve never heard of any of those making panic attacks worse, but GAD can develop at any age. You may be starting to have problems with an anxiety disorder. Talk to a psych.
