Is it possible for someone to Only have nocturnal anxiety attacks?
I’ve read bit about nocturnal panic attacks, but it seems that they happen to people who also experience them during the day.
I’ve awakened from sleep to have (what seems to be) a panic attack about six times since Christmas, but I’ve never experienced one of these end-of-the-world moments while I was awake. Every time, there’s the feeling of something spinning in front of me, and overwhelming panic. Sometimes I hear what sounds like the whole world screaming.
So is it possible someone could suffer from exclusively nighttime panic attacks?
yes it can happen. Your brain might better deal with stress while you are awake but when you fall to sleep all your anxiety and stress can present itself . My panic attacks started at night and progressed to both day and night. I had to go on Meds for 6 months. But luckily I havent had a panic attack in 8 years

maybe a food,or chemical,mold allergy..c/b corn,wheat,a legume,sharp cheese,bleached flour,,,,,may follow a delayed reaction,like 6 to 12 hrs after ingesting the offending food or chemical,,,,,,looked at other history.anxiety,addhd,ceramic pottery interests,working with kilns,,,vertebral misalignment,borderline thyroid deficiency,vivid dreams,plus panic attack.ceramic work may result in ingestion of metals,,misalignment of spine could be contributory
