Is there a real cure for panic attack available online?
I have been dealing with panic attacks for more than 10 years. I go through some real good periods and some not so good periods. The not so good periods are the worst, but the times when I am not having bad panic attacks lets me know that I can beat this. I am completely against taking medications. Are people having any success curing panic attacks without medication?
Jamie, I can empathize with what you’re going through. I suffered from panic and anxiety for many years. There is hope because panic attacks is something that can be cured. Will the change be overnight? No. You will need to take this one step at a time. The first step is to start a journal. Each day you have a panic attack, record in your journal what your thoughts were just prior and during the panic attack. Many people suffer from panic attacks because they simply have irrational thoughts that the body learns to react to in a negative way. After you record what your thoughts were, put a rational thought down for any irrational thought you recorded in your journal. This is just one practical step of many. There are products available online for curing panic attacks. A good one is the panic away system. I’ve included a link below to a quick overview of this extremely effective system.

without medication…the only thing i can suggest is control your breathing. take a deep breath and exhale, and keep doing that until it goes away. that’s the best way without medication, however if you do decide to take medication i suggest valium or ativan…some sort of tranquilizor.

I guess I am. My panic attacks are on and off, which is incredibly frustrating but I’ve managed to avoid several full blown attacks. So you can improve on it day by day but I don’t think you could ever really cure it.
