Is this a anxiety disorder or panic attack? Or other sickness? What meds can I get from the Pharmacy?
Whenever i am Stressed or facing stressed when meeting people, away from home for just 6 HOURS AWAY. Or other stressful stuff. When a day before that, or when experiencing it. my heart will beat freaking fast (144 beats per min), butterflies in my stomach(you know what i mean). Sweating, confusion. Desperation. Suddenly happiness seem to get away from me. I will slow down and memory will start to suck. fatigue strikes.
Can some tell me what mental disorder is this. What are the medicines can i get for instant relief or long term prevention meds from the pharmacy. Thanks
The symptoms you describe are not those of a panic attack.
A licensed clinical psychologist would be able to provide a diagnosis. A psychiatrist or other medical doctor would be able to prescribe medication – if needed. From your description, it could be one of a number of anxiety disorders – or it could be a typical and expected response to a distressing situation. I tend to think it is the latter rather than the former.
Anxiety disorders are persistent (months or longer). From the way you describe your symptoms, it sounds like what triggers your body responses are specific situations that would likely be stressful for many people in general.
The pharmacy should be your last resort, not your first.
Schedule an appointment to speak with a mental/psychological health professional to determine the best course of action for you.

Eating properly reduces mental disorders. You need regular amount of energy to stay "balanced" throughout day.

To me it sounds as if you are having precipatory anxiety, which is causing you to have a panic attack. As for medications, you should really see your doctor.
There are anti-anxeity medications that can help and work within about 20 minutes but, again you need your doctor for this.
There really isn’t anything over the counter or off the internet for this.
I’ve had an anxiety disorder for many years.

I used to have bad anxiety and paranoia, I take prochlorperazine which works well, you can also buy it from a pharmacy without prescription.

Hey… Victoria here, maybe my personal story can give you some solace…
a lil about me- about a year after my husband left me and my daughter died about 5 years ago.. I was at a very difficult point in my life, and was ultimately diagnosed with depression, severe anxiety, and panic disorder. I would say that i’ve always for the most part been a little depressed and had some degree of anxiety, but this just completely tipped the scale. I remember there were days on end I would just lie in bed, and whenever I would be in a social environment my anxiety would go through the roof and I would often have panic attacks. Therapy never seemed to be effective for me, and my psych put me on damn near every med out there. I’ve been on everything from wellbutrin to paxil, zoloft, prozac, lexapro, celexa, buspar, valium, klonopin, xanax.. etc. Sometimes 2-3 different ones in combo at the same time. Nothing really seemed to work for me. With the exception of some of the benzos (klono./xanax) .. these worked well for a little while, but I grew tolerance quickly, and became highly addicted.
Then one day while researching online i came across this reputable looking website http://www.anxiety.pcti-system.com .. which talked about this program to eliminate your anxiety for good, all naturally. Long story short, I wound up signing up to try it and the program worked amazing.. Not only do I no longer have panic attacks and anxiety gone, but my depression has also seemed to dissipate a little. And I’m currently starting to slowly ween off the meds I’m on. >>>>
I would personally say that possibly the biggest driving factor in all this is OCD. I think obsessing and constantly having your thoughts focused on your own condition and constantly analyzing your own thoughts/actions plays a very significant role in the persistence of our ails. Almost like the condition is a small lit fire, and OCD is the fuel that keeps it consistently burning… Also, I’ve come to the conclusion that meds are generally a unhealthy short term cure that only semi-treats the symptoms, and never the cause. Hope I was of some help!

The only person who would be able to help you with a diagnosis of what you are experiencing would be a professional in the mental health field. That person would be the one to prescribe a medication for you to help you with the different symptoms that you have described above. A pharmacist would not be the one who would be able to help you with medications as treatment for either anxiety or panic attacks would not be over the counter but an actual prescription from the person who is a professional in the mental health field. You possibly could get a referral from you private medical doctor to someone that he or she feels would be of a help to you in the present situation that you now find yourself. Do not think that this is a cope out. It takes more strength to ask for help than to just sit and have these problems continue to build until it is very difficult to treat them. Do not waste time.

the less meds the better… try meditation, strong focused thinking in a silent room with your eyes closed… and when you’re awake, try to find some good friends… also go to the gym and you might feel more "awake" and in touch with yourself after–and realize there’s nothing to be scared… b/c if there were, then the whole world would be asking your question, and its not.
