This happened to me three times already. Not in a row, just like, let’s say every 5 months i get it.I feel like I’m going to pass away, i can’t feel myself chew or swallow(if I’m eating) or move, and i can’t focus right. And like my eyes are gonna blackout. It’s like I’m in shock or something, IDK It comes to me anywhere. It happened to me today for the third time. I hate it.It’s very scary. And no i’ve never done drugs or drank alcohol before. So I’m a bit confused why this is happening to me, b/c i didn’t anything.I already told my parent’s about it, long time ago, and they didn’t do nothing about it.I don’t think their gonna either. I don’t know what’s happening to me, im so scared. I don’t ever want to go through that experience again. It’s horrible. What can it be? And what can i do abut it? OH, PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!! : (….
I try to take deep breaths and calm myself down, but it doesn’t really work that well…
I am usually out in public when this happens.
I could be doing anything(walking talking, eating, ect…)

Do you get dizzy and see a clutter of stars before blacking out? If so this could defiantly be a severe panic attack. The best thing would to be to see a dr. and tell him your symptoms as well as your concerns. He may have an answer as to why it is happening or how to control it.

Trying using a cool wet washcloth on your forehead and lying down. That should help you calm down.

Is it like your in a fog when you black out, like you can kinda hear what’s going on but your in a dreamlike state? When does it happen what exactly are you doing when it happens? I believe I have something similar to this. My doctor says I have an active vegas nerve. I faint when I’m under extreme stress or pressure. Its a weird feeling first I get dizzy then hot and boom I’m out for a couple of minutes. If this is similar to your case hope it helps. Tell your parents again, try and get it checked out.

Yes, definitely a panic attack. Since it’s obviously troubling you, you should again talk to your parents about it, and if they still don’t react, talk to your school nurse about it. I’m sure she can help you get in contact with a therapist that can help you with your panic attacks.

Good luck!

It could be alot of different things. You need to see a doctor and have some blood tests run to make sure it’s not medical.

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc.

Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI – Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level.
But there are natural ways to do it without medication. There’s this herb called "St John’s Wort" – it is said to be more effective than Prozac. No, it is not for mild depression only and ignore those sayings. In fact, it does help anxiety and panic-attacks as St John’s Wort works like prozac. Other natural ways will be exercise, diet, more exposure to light, etc.
If you’re unable to take St John’s Wort, you can substitute it with Siberian Ginseng or Licorice Herb.

The problem is that, even if your Serotonin is balanced… you have that "learned behavior" in your mind. You need to break that initial cycle to destroy that learned behavior – Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) does this. A technique that you can use without CBT will be Distraction… There are several other techniques to help cope them!
Ok, to use Distraction: Firstly, try to….
