Marijuana/anxiety/panic attack/ paranoia?
so the last two ti,mes i smoked weed i got a panic attack how do i prevent this from happening again? and how do i controll it if it happens?
Buy a different strain (bag). The smoke might not agree with you. Be smart. What changed before the 2 times ago? New medication? Drinking more? Are you smoking way more than usual? Stressors like the news and your budget got you down. Light up with something that takes your mind off everything, a bath, a hottub, the Family Guy or the Simpsons while smoking and start with a laugh and relaxation.

i think i went truu what you went thruu i use to beable to smoke weeed and love the feeling i thought it was funn as heell thne one time my heart stared to rase i the i was going to dye but it stopedd know i think it is funn now but sometimes i dont controol it by relaxing talking try to have funn dont start thinking about bad things just tell your self you going to be ohk and your just freaking out

Hey, I understand how you feel…
The uncomfortable symptoms like sweaty palms, "jelly" legs, extreme alertness, "impending doom" feeling and the fight-or-flight response.
I’ve been there. I’m an ex-victim. Sometimes the deep breathing or distraction techniques doesn’t work – a full-blown panic or anxiety attack happens later.
Sometimes you experience panic attack out of the blue and such.
Do NOT buy Panic Away, Linden Method, EasyCalm or the Panic Puzzle. They do NOT work – I’ve tried them and their solutions are similar – it DOESN’T WORK.
Medications do NOT work – I was under many antidepressants (Prozac, Lexapro, Paxil and Zoloft) and anti-anxiety medications (Ativan, Klonopin, and Xanax) but my condition was the same – no improvement at all.
The only program that really work is The Panic Attack Solution. It’s found by an ex-victim. You can check out his old blog in his official website to read up some useful tips.

People/parents do mean things or lie to manipulate. They just want the reaction so they can get high feel good from it. The words are not true. You can talk to me or Google "Emotional Abuse" and see all the definitions and see its all true. Knowing the truth is the step to freedom from pain. They are the ones who have problems not you.
When you have a bad past/rejection it lets other things start. Cutting, OCD, Anxiety, panic attacks, hearing voices can all come from a tramautic past. Its opens doors to the negative and they start to dwell closeby. Hurting people also hurt themselves.
Realizing you were really abused/traumatized is the 1st step in all this. Then later praying and realizing whos stronger will stop the negative forces who are at work.
Dont be tricked by an abusers words. They use all types of tactics even truth mixed with lies. Dont fall for it.
