My Employer has said in order for me to still be employer I must disclose my medication details?
Today, HR department of my work, KFC saying yes they want to know what medications I take, but they need my consent to ask my Psychiatrist. They have emailed me a notice, that I have to sign. I told them they have to ask my Psychiatrist directly (that is what my Psychiatrist told me to do). But I think I should show him first, I actually don’t want to tell them what meds I take now, since I already tried to tell them, I fear they are trying to set me up for something worse, as I am 6 months into a Human Rights case against them for harassment/discrimination towards me. As you might know from my previous questions, I am also going through trying to start communication again from my estranged family, whom its been 3 years, when I was "kick out of the family". But, anyway, my medications I take, are Dexedrine (for ADHD), Atarax (for Daytime Anxiety), and Chlorpromazine (for Nocturnal Anxiety/ Panic Attacks). Today at work, I didn’t say a word to anyone for 7.5 hrs. What do I do?

It sounds as though you should consult with a lawyer. Do you have one currently handling your case against KFC? If so, and you think this might be related, I’d suggest contacting him/her right away about this matter.
