My first panic attack was the worst thing I have ever experienced…?
and I have had others, however I just dont feel like I am going to die, because I know that I am not. So does this mean I no longer have panic attacks?
I still get the rapid heartbeat, sweating, sick to stomach, light headedness, tingle hands, feet and face, etc…
Is this just consider anxiety, since I no longer have the feeling that I am going to die??
thanks to all
A panic attack doesn’t always associate itself with the fear of dying – it’s just a state of uncontrollable panic. Usually the fear of dying is what exacerbates the condition, not defines it.
There’s actually stages of it – I believe it’s termed a panic attack (and not just anxiety) when it’s uncontrollable or you feel like you’ve lost control.
