This questin is for People who understand about my OCD. I am having a major Panic attack again because of Star Wars #3 is scaring me too death. Should I go call or email my parents at work and tell them I need to go back to the hospital??? Because My panic attacks are getting out of controll!!!!! I always cry for Anakin Skywalker while I am watching episode 3!!!! I can’t handle Revenge of the Sith!!!! Should I try something new like watching NASCAR???? How do I controll my Panic Attacks?????? Please help me right now.

I think that you could very well be having a panic attack. I think the best thing to do is to maybe withdraw from the Star Wars! I know it must be very traumatic, but just try it for a while. Maybe find something a little less stressful to watch. If it helps for you to email someone that you know, love & trust, then I think that is what you should do, they could give you the much needed support. But for now, lay off the Star Wars, breathe, & maybe take a walk outside to clear your mind, it always helps for me!

Panic attacks are not fun! It could be either a medical condition or all in your head. Panic attacks are hard to control, because if you focus more on them, they get worse.
See your doctor, sometimes they have medication for it. I would see your doctor.

Who is making you watch Star Wars? What you watch is something you can conrol, so start taking control….call your parents and have them throw that movie away..so you don’t have the urge to watch it..surely enough it is not the only movie you own! They way you would cure that is by staying away from that movie..Avoidance..
