Once you figure out how to handle your stress, be it through medication and/or mental-methods, they’ll not happen as often or go away completely.

I don’t know, mine started around the time puberty started and everything. They seem to have gone away as I learned to deal with things, at first I used to sweat, and feel like I had to shit my pants for no reason, just because I was getting ready to go somewhere and waiting for my ride, or while I was in the locker room, or whatever else.
Everything has stopped/been reduced over time, maybe as a result or getting older, but also maybe as a result of changing the way I think, and mentally making an effort to stop being such an obsessive worrying idiot, and instead remembering that there is no point in worrying, whatever happens happens, etc. And remembering that everyone else is probably too busy thinking about their own obsessions and self consciousness to worry about you.
I took zoloft for depression but also for anxiety symptoms for about a month or two. It just made me feel worse. Made me never want to have sex with my girlfriend, and never want to beat off, and even beating off was nearly impossible, I swear it took me an hour or more to cum and it was the most unsatisfying uncomfortable cum of my life. Aside from that it made my throat feel dry and like I had a lump in it and gave me stomach aches and made me feel more emotional and horrible rather than better.
but it might work for you.
