One Move Technique? overcoming panic attacks?
Please could anyone tell me whether they have ever used the one move technique, if it was successful, is the information available anywhere for free as I do not have the money to purchase it from the main site. Desperate and would really appreciate some answers. Thank you.
I know a few. i’ve had them for years now. My girlfriend has them ALL of the time. But i help her by holding her and helping her through it.
The important thing to know when you’re about to have an attack is (tell yourself), "in a few minutes i will be just fine. this anxiety wont kill me, i’m not alone, infact in about 5 minutes i may be better off than before this panic attack began.. i’ll be fine…"
And you absolutely Have To think of something +Positive+. Because the era this anxiety began, was from negitivity.. close your eyes and imagine somewhere you’re safe, and somewhere you enjoy….
Therapy is great, i definately incourage you to get further assistance… it doesn’t nessisarily have to be with a professional, but with someone you trust. A friend perhaps. =] spill your life and to the farthest place you can remember when it first began… and try to fix that part in your life.
I hope the best for you sweetie.
I am here for you.
you may feel alone, but you’re not.
With love,
