My Panic Attack Solution

I’ve had really bad arm pain, coming from right above my breast in the pec area, through the shoulder, down to the elbow and down to the wrist. I had an incident today where my truck fish tailed and spun off the road and I stopped myself from crying and just sort of when on about my business but was shaken up. Ever since then I’ve had this horrible pain and I don’t know if it’s from my heart from being so stirred today but it has also been rainy today so I don’t know if it’s just brought on some really terrible arthritis. I had a heart episode where it was an anxiety or panic attack as a child with tachycardia but it’s never happened again but once and I got it under control so could this be a indication of a heart problem from the stress of the incident or just arthritis? I’m only 19 so I don’t think it would be an actual heart attack. It’s easy to say go to a doctor asap but that costs money and if it’s related to something minor then its just me being a hypochondriac. Just seeing everyone’s opinion on if it’s more than likely heart, stress, arthritis, etc. related.

P.s. I did leave it open that while spinning I may have grabbed the wheel and tried to control the car with my left arm and maybe injured it that way but I really don’t remember.

you probably hurt yourself but didnt notice at the moment since you were in flight or fight response to your adrenaline, it could be stress though because i am experiencing the same thing at the moment.
