Panic / Anxiety attacks?
Has anyone who has suffered from Anxiety or Panic attacks / disorder ever tried the Linden Method? If so was the method successful? Any information would be appreciated as I am thinking of ordering it.
Once they start you have them the rest of your life-so says my doctor. Apparently, they have a genetic component as well. The only thing you can do is try to control their frequency.
Avoid alcohol.
Exercise really hard every day-it will release endorphins into your bloodstream and that will help you feel better and lessen the frequency of the attacks.
Also, try deep breathing exercises.

I’ve suffered from anxiety attacks for about 1 1/2 years straight. I’ve never heard of the Linden Method before until now. My first panic attack came when I had been suffering from a really bad headache and simply enjoying a tv show with my bf then all of a sudden I felt like i was going to die. I was put on Celexa w/ Valium and took it for a few months but I didn’t want to live taking pills so I eased off on my own and now have feel like I’ve recovered. I know once I feel the sensation of a panic attack I am able to take deep breaths until it supasses and doesn’t complete the cycle. Trying to mentally control it is the best method for me. I know its easy to say but difficult to do- I learned this from a friend of mine that suffered for years too. Go ahead and try the Linden Method… Good Luck!
