please help. iam having a very bad panic attack. feeling hard to breath. shakey. feeling like im going crazy. anyone out there have these problems and know how to handle them? . if u want to talk one on one for support. from one to another who experiance the same problems u can reach me at sr3965@sbcglobal.net. thank you so much.

Honey, take deep breaths, and try to calm down, I know it’s hard, I get panic attacks practically on a daily basis. Try to think of something different, and call a friend that can talk calmly and soothingly to you. It’s tough having panic attacks, but try to do as I told you. Later, when you’re feeling better, take a bubble bath and relax, read a good book, and stay in there until you’re all wrinkly ;]. That’s what helps me feel better. Sometimes all you can do is just take deep breaths.
