does anyone get after or during panic anxiety sharp stabbing needle like pains either in chest around heart or chest or anywhere else and arm pain and keep coughing like your throat is spasms. Also like parts falling alseep waking up with nausea.
also like spasms or paltipaition of the heart?hard to breath
and or gurgling in stomach and chest

after/during a panic attack i often feel like i can’t breathe and that my heart is pounding half way out of my chest… i don’t experience any pains in my limbs but they shake uncontrollably to where i can’t stand. i suppose the experience is a bit different for each person.

if you’re having them often you should definately seek help for panic attacks since they can seriously stress your body out and keep you from having a normal day. if you’re like me and have them only occasionally, just remove yourself from the stressful situation, sit down, try to regain breathing, and drink some cool water.

Lots of times what seems like an anxiety/panic attack can actually be heart problems. Speaking with a doctor about this would be your best bet. I wouldn’t leave it up to a bunch of non-professionals to diagnose whether or not you have a physical or mental illness.

When I had a panic attack and was working for a doctor, he thought I was having a heart attack and put me on the EKG to be sure. When he realized what it was he prescribed medication for me, but it fooled both of us at first. Now I have angina and it feels just like the panic attacks I used to have, but without the unreasonable fear. Just be sure you consult with a doctor to rule out anything else and good luck.

Surely sounds like panic/anxiety attacks. However, you should check a doctor to make sure.
