Panic Attack at school second day in a row?
I had another panic attack at school today just randomly i was listening to my friend talk and then i felt instant distaching from life everything felt fake and unreal and alot of fear hit me I said i had to go to the washroom and went there and walked it off and came back and felt alot better why do these keep happening for no reason at all?
I get about five a day. Panic attacks are random, for no reason, related to anxiety and stress. You can go to a doctor and get a prescription for anti-anxiety meds, but it sounds like you have figured out a good method– keep walking it off, cooling down, and removing yourself from stressful situations.

I don’t know why you have panic attacks, but obviously, you are greatly troubled about something in your personal life. I’m sure you know what is causing these attacks. In the meantime, you might benefit from a temporary use of meds prescribed by a doctor. Just temporary meds. The panic attacks should eventually pass.
If I were experiencing p/a, I would go to my close Christian friends and ask them to pray over me. We meet weekly in the host home for prayer, fellowship and support. They have helped me thru several crisis. You might have to ask around to find a really good group.

There are 2 programs out there that are famous for treating Panic Attacks and Anxiety successfully.
They are: Panic Away and The Linden Method.
You may wonder, "Which one is better?" Don’t worry, you’re not the only one with that question.
The Panic Away program is more appropriate for people who can cope with their Panic Attacks or Anxiety well.
Linden Method is more for those who aren’t really good in coping their Panic Attacks or Anxiety well.
Check out the reference for the full comparison.

At least you know what they are. You are experiencing some social anxiety and that is probably the reason for the panic attacks at school. You can get treated with meds for this disorder. But what you really want to do is see a psychologist about it and learn ways to relax through these and even avoid them when you feel them coming on–you can learn to recognize and stop them. It’s fantastic that you are handling them as well as you are-congrats on that! Why do they happen? It can actually be an inherited disorder-social anxiety disorder. But that doesn’t mean you can’t overcome it. you are and you can. Good luck!
