panic attack disorder?
whats the best remedy for dealing with uneasiness early morning caused due to panic attacks?
Hi well panic attacks are a horrible thing to experience, the best advise i can give is when your experiencing a panic attack , lean against the wall, rub your hands together, breath very slowly then take a glass of water, now some may think this is rubbish but trust me it’s not , a panic attack will only last no more than 5 minutes at it’s worst, you here people who say they had a panic attack for an hour or something like this in truly this is incorrect, the human brain can only produce a panic attack for no more than 5 minutes, as the energy used to do this is so great the human brain cant process so much energy for so long, so when the panic attack has ended most people will feel that they are still experiencing but really they are reliving what has just happened and the thought about it, this is what produces the scare and anxiety, i hope i have been of help

There are 2 programs out there that are famous for treating Panic Attacks and Anxiety successfully.
They are: Panic Away and The Linden Method.
You may wonder, "Which one is better?" Don’t worry, you’re not the only one with that question.
The Panic Away program is more appropriate for people who can cope with their Panic Attacks or Anxiety well.
Linden Method is more for those who aren’t really good in coping their Panic Attacks or Anxiety well.
Check out the reference for the full comparison.

Try this: sit down take a deep breath, hold it, then expel slowly, do this several times. If this doesn’t help then try breathing into a brown paper bag for several minutes at a time.
