i got a panic attack from smoking weed. it was probably because i took some methamphetamine based MDMA a week prior and had a horrible time. i was "E-tarded’ for about a week after and was mentally broken, i didnt want to smoke or anything ( i loved smoking, it was my passion, i smoked everyday for 3 years). when i did feel like smoking again i took 2 medium sized tolks of some mid grade and severely freaked out. I barely got any rest and the next day i felt sick. it was horrible.
every since then i have been afraid to smoke weed again because of the possibility of another panic attack. and that brakes me. i feel like less of a person ever since i quit smoking and it bothers me so much because i cant chill out and smoke with my buddies anymore. its a bad goal, i know, but that is all i want to do. i need help to figure out how to approach smoking again. please help me out

Sounds like you were smoking on some good stuff. I had that happent to me too, but that was after two good sized blunts between 4 people. Only has happened once. My friends get them on occasion too. This one guy I know got so high he puked one time. It was pretty funny. I think you’ll be fine you just need to smoke more and build your tolerance back up. And the best thing to help with coming down off x is smoking a bunch of weed and drinking a lot of beer. A nice spliff always helps the next day no matter how sh*tty you feel.

I think this question is better off in a bluelight forum or something like that. No one in the yahoo answers is going to encourage you to smoke, especially an illegal drug. The meth does horrible damage to your body. Mid-grade should not cause you to freak out, maybe just get sick or get a headache haha. It could be laced with something? If that’s not a possibility, then you just need to detox for a while.

Maybe during your detox time you could try to find a more productive hobby that doesn’t cash in on your mental health. Good luck.

Either that was a particularly unusual strain or it was laced with something, which I tend to steer towards. You are creating your own panic attacks by worrying about panic attacks. It is all in your head, hopefully the attacks go away. If they get worse or more frequent seek professional help to help you treat and learn how to keep the attacks at bay and to a minimum.

Hey, I understand how you feel…

The uncomfortable symptoms like sweaty palms, "jelly" legs, extreme alertness, "impending doom" feeling and the fight-or-flight response.
I’ve been there. I’m an ex-victim. Sometimes the deep breathing or distraction techniques doesn’t work – a full-blown panic or anxiety attack happens later.
Sometimes you experience panic attack out of the blue and such.

Do NOT buy Panic Away, Linden Method, EasyCalm or the Panic Puzzle. They do NOT work – I’ve tried them and their solutions are similar – it DOESN’T WORK.
Medications do NOT work – I was under many antidepressants (Prozac, Lexapro, Paxil and Zoloft) and anti-anxiety medications (Ativan, Klonopin, and Xanax) but my condition was the same – no improvement at all.

The only program that really work is The Panic Attack Solution. It’s found by an ex-victim. You can check out his old blog in his official website to read up some useful tips.

You smoked some really strong stuff and had a bad high. Get something a little milder and build your self-confidence back up.

BTW: Pot is fine. But have some sense and stay away from speed.
