panic attack..really scary please help?
i have physical anxiety and lately my hands have been feeling as light as feather…i can move them but they are light as hell…please any info will be appreciated
effexor or effexor XR (extended relase)
I have nervous disorder and causes me to have anxiety and panic attacks.. I take Effexor if taken everyday like the doctor says it should help out a lot.. sometimes u might need to take it three times a day though.

Anxiety causes that. It’s part of a feeling of unreality. I used to get really bad panic attacks and had generalized anxiety disorder and one of the most troubling things for me was the exact same thing you are describing. Once I treated the anxiety, that problem went away.

I get panic attacks too, and my hands feel like they are really really small. I know weird right! I used to put my hands in ice water, and this totally helped. I also know with mine its totally mental. If I count to ten and breath my hands don’t freak out.
P.S. If it really scares you or you think something else is the cause, you should go to the doctor just to be safe.

Well, you should really see a doctor because i have not heard of that symptom with anxiety attacks.
