Im aware of what they are, but none of the meds ive ever used seem to work. effexor, and welbutrin and several others.
they just seemed to make me lash out more.
i dont know what i panic about really, but simple things make me upset in weird ways. like i was at a store and i messed up, i was aware of it after i made the mistake, and the person yelled at me. i dont talk very loud but i was pretty sure i was clear about what i said. anyway the raising of someones voice toward me made me cry in my sleep and put me in a depression for a little while. i HATE getting yelled at, even when my dad or the principals at the school would yell at me id burst into tears..then theres reading out loud
OMG i Hate to read out loud, i get so nervus i choke up my face turns bright red i end up studdering and the wosrest i also burst into tears. i dont get why i can read a speech with no problem but to read word for word in class is the worst… and getting yelled at…anyway can someone give me advise

DO NOT use Prozac. I know quite a bit about what happens when you use drugs like that, and they only HIDE symptoms while the problem continues to get worse! Stay away from medicines that will make you feel better "now."

My mother had panic attacks as a result of an ongoing emotional problem. She was emotionally drained from something traumatic that had happened to her. Perhaps this has happened to you? It is not normal for you to feel so intimidated by something as simple as reading aloud (although I understand sometimes it can be difficult).

Examine your life recently, since about the time you started having panicky problems. Was there anything emotionally draining, very overwhelming, life-changing or terribly frightening that happened to you around this time or before? If so, it may be that you need to deal with that problem (how you choose to think about it) and what happened before this problem will go away.

Also, if you are over-stressed, go to a health store and buy lots of B-50 vitamin. It is a stress-reliever – but it’s a long-term fix. You have to take it pretty faithfully for about 6 months before it will start to change your body’s habits. I would recommend this as you seem to be strained by daily tasks and activities.
