Panic Attacks Advice Please?
Ok long story short.. I suffered a panic attack on a plane over 3 years ago, out of the blue for no reason. These attacks then started happening all the time and it took me months to control them, I developed claustophobia because of this and have managed to conquer this bit by bit by managing lifts, buses then trains etc.. Its taken 3 years! I am now wanting to get on a plane and go abroad and I am scared… I do not suffer panic attacks anymore I think I may just be anxious because it is enclosed and it was the first place I had one… Im interested to hear if anyone else has had this problem or similar and if you have any advice…? I would advise not taking stimulants like caffeine and sugar. I suffered from panic attacks, and I noticed the rapid heartbeat I got from all the sugar/caffeine made my panic attacks worse.

I don’t consume sugar/caffeine anymore, and no longer have panic attacks in stressful situations.
