I ended up at the doctors office today. She diagnosed me with having panic attacks. I have never experienced panic attacks. I had about 6 to 7 episodes of something today. I finished prednisone last week after 5 days due to a sinus infection. Any connection?

Absolutely. Prednisone is a steroid, and is directly linked to panic attacks. The good thing is they are not usually a long-term effect, so they should lessen and disappear fairly quickly. But for your own safety, the next time a doctor offers to prescribe prednisone for you, please ask for an alternative or research natural alternatives.
