panic attacks and anxiety?
i have this…and i can’t take it anymore…a few weeks ago i picked up the book…from panic to power wishing my first choice in book was good. i actually asked people too so that helped find this book. anyway i feel like i wrote this. she felt the same way i did!!! and im realizing things i don’t do that gets me all upset!!! has anyone read this book?!?! what were your thoughts on it?!?!
My friend read it and it helped her so much!
She said it was what she went through as well.
I guess sometimes we all feel that way at some point,
and know what each other are feeling.
I haven’t personally read it, but I guess I should look into it since I guess I have my panic moments…
Thanks for sharing!

No, but i think medication is one of the most valuable things. There is a book NOONDAY Demons, by Adrew Solomon, he was a very High executive, that suffered later in life. The book is very good. He now helps others in businesses that feel they must keep their illness secret as it is looked upon as a weakness and people do not understand it.

I have an anxiety disorder. I had panic attacks at 13 and it later turned to agoraphobia. Which later turned into alcoholism. Finally at 23 I was cured.
It’s isn’t rare.
You have to see a doctor. It is a medical problem that’s very treatable. There is so much medication to help it. If one doesn’t work try another. Anti-depressants work and I would be very careful with tranquillizers. Make sure you read up on any medication you are given. Get into a forum with others with this problem. Some panic disorders go away with me it came back again. I have very good doctors, they gave me the proper medication and I’m fine now. You are far from being alone.
