Panic Attacks…I need help!!?
I think I’m suffering from separation anxiety and I’ve been getting ridiculous panic attacks. I’m away from my boyfriend for about 3 weeks (could be more, could be less). To add to that I’m in a brand new place, in a high stress situation with no one I know. I’ve been getting stupid panic attacks where I just cry and get a horrible feeling…it’s hard to explain, it’s like I can feel the adrenalin going through my veins and my head…how do I stop this?? I don’t have the ability to go to a doctor/psychiatrist (sp)/or anything at the moment so quick at home tips would be super!
Anxiety attacks can quickly be resolved and mitigated with the right treatment. Anxiety attacks are natures response to a primeval perceived threat. This is what kept us alive thousands of years ago and is still in our genetics to some degree.
Ensure that each and every day you try to change just a little bit of each to assist you in overcoming anxiety attacks altogether.
Stay away from caffeine (coffee, energy drinks, etc.), drugs and alcohol
Try some form of vigorous aerobic excersize like jogging, riding a bike, etc. This helps to process some of the adrenalin that is released into the blood stream during a panic attack and reduces the physical symptoms associated with it.
Eat small amounts of wholesome food at regular intervals to maintain even blood sugar. Avoid simple carbohydrates like sugar, honey, white pasta, etc. as these metabolize very quickly and can contribute to a "roller-coaster" effect on blood sugar levels.
Take care as always!

You should call your local herb dealer not shop. But I agree with the all natural path, stay away from Xanax or other depression or anxiety meds, they are dangerous and will change your personality.

call your local herb shop and tell them what you told us….you need some nice calming herbs, natural and easy on the mind.
passionflower and st johns wort…….3 times a day in tea…..this is nomral, many people have it
dont sit by and let it go on……just go to the herb shop and tell the lady there what you need…she will help you and in about 2 weeks you will be calmer.
