Panic attacks in public!!!?

k so i got a panic attack in public usually marijuana triggers them but i havent smoked it in over 40 days so what is wrong with me?

Okay, weed makes you paranoid. So, I can see how that would easily trigger a panic attack.

When you are not smoking weed, I would say you have an anxiety disorder. There are tests that you can take online to find out for sure if you have anxiety. Just go to google and search around for all the information you can find on it, and see if this is what caused your attack.

Millions suffer from anxiety, and a lot of people deal with them with drugs. And i’m not talking about your type of drugs. lol. Good luck. I hope this helps.

Nothing is wrong with you…you just got a panic attack.

The best thing to do in that kind of situation is to take deep breaths and try to walk over to a less crowded place to calm down.

Taking B complex might help with your nervous system.

nothing wrong with you. try getting an ipod with music you like and when you are outside, play it while walking to clear your mind. music and the beach (water sounds) does wonder to bring serenity to your heart and soul.

Eh, you are just having residual effects. Sometimes the THC in marijuana stores in fat cells and can come out over time. It actually takes 4 months or so to get it all out of your system. You obviously are one of the many that gets a paranoid sort of panicky reaction to THC. You will have to wait it out, but you can help the process by working out hard by yourself and the THC will run through, but you will be alone so there is nothing to increase your reaction. You will have to do this for at least a few weeks before you run it all through.
