You are awful young to be a hypochondriac and to have such bad anxiety issues. Why do you think you feel so anxious? Are you involved in too many activities? Or maybe not enough? Do you do well in school? Do you have alot of family problems? Usually when people feel the need to conjour up illnesses it is to get attention…do you feel you get enough attention from your family/friends? If not, maybe it would help if you spoke with them about it and explaned that you would like some more interaction with them.
When you feel like you’re getting an attack, stop and take slow deep breaths in thru your nose and out thru your mouth several times and count to 10. Think positive thoughts and picture yourself on a warm sandy beach on a sunny day…relax every muscle in your body…
You are too young to be getting so stressed out, although I know being a pre teen /teen is a stressful time now a days. So, just try to keep a clear mind and dont let things get to you.
If you keep having symptoms, maybe your parents can take you to one of the clinics for people who don’t have health insurance and you can speak with a doctor about it.
Good luck.

Hypochondria is no different from other mental disturbances, in which a patient is plagued by a recurring, destructive, self-perpetuating, obsessive thought (in this case, becoming ill). NLP, or neuro-linguistic programming, is a method of ultra-effective communication that a skilled therapist can use (often, in combination with hypnosis) to "talk" you out of your obsessive thought patterns. With the help of the NLP therapist, you’ll learn to isolate destructive thought patterns in yourself (e.g. "I’m going to get sick") and re-condition your mind to replace those destructive patterns with more constructive ones (e.g. "I’m not in any real pain, therefore I’m not sick").
In this way, you should look to a therapist, and not a medical doctor, to find a cure for hypochondria.
Hope it helps

You may be lactose sensitive, or intolerant, so avoid milk for 6 weeks and observe the difference.
Drink plenty of water; at least 8 glasses. If your urine is still cloudy, seek medical attention. Most people in modern society today eat a poor diet, with far too much processed foods, contributing to lack of energy, depression, and anxiety. Eat more in accordance with your "nutritional type":- ( 20 question quiz http://www.naturalhealthcoach.com/tools ) or there is a book via the searchbar at http://www.mercola.com and view the 1hr video on vitamin D. Have salmon, mackeral, tuna, or sardines 3 times weekly; alternate regularly.
Ear: possible fungal infection. Google: "free clinics; medical; (your location)" Otodex, or similar may be prescribed, or: Home remedy: Boil 1 tablespoonful of oregano and 1 of thyme in a pint/650 mls of water; allow to cool; strain through a clean cloth, and put in a dark bottle; store in a cool, dark place, for up to a year. Several times daily, pour sufficient to fill the ear (a capful); leave for a few seconds, then drain. Maintain treatment to 3 days after pain stops. If not helped after 3 days, I recommend consulting a doctor.
Panic: see http://your-mental-health.weebly.com/index.html re panic, and anxiety, then pages h, & i.
Hypochondriasis: Most people are suggestible, to some degree, so you could either seek professional hypnotherapy, or, quicker, cheaper, and more conveniently: http://www.freehypnosistreatment.com ANXIETY, or http://www.hypnosisdownloads.com Perfect Partners: Overcome Hypochondria + Stop Worrying
"Being worried about your health all the time can be incredibly tiring.
And when the fear and anxiety about possible symptoms and diseases gets out of hand, hypochondria is the diagnosis.
Many people who worry excessively about their health spend a lot of time looking up books and searching the internet for information on symptoms in an effort to reassure themselves.
But this rarely works.
Most symptoms can be interpreted in a huge variety of ways, from the mundane to the life threatening.
Hypochondria sufferers usually assume the worst, with the resulting feelings of anxiety and even panic.
This is why an effective cure for hypochondria has to go about things differently.
The breakthrough usually comes when people are able to ‘step out’ of the thoughts that create the anxiety, and in turn, the focus on symptoms subsides, usually very quickly."
