PLease help? I have panic attacks an can not travel how do i do it ?

I started having panic attacks about 11 years ago then i could not travel an still can not, I have not got out of my safe zone in so long i just want to be normal can any one please help? I have tried therapy and many different meds, im on zanax and have been for years Please help!!!!!!!!!

Try Inderal -it is a heart medication but has been prescribed by doctors for public performers for decades. It will be impossible for you to panic on Inderal.

Hello, you’ll be fine soon; you have to believe this more than anything else in the whole world and more than anyone in the world. Listen I have 1 suggestion that has a 99. % of working. This is not a Magic trick; it’s an exercise for the mind – over matter.
You need to fine a friend or family member you trust very much, someone that has your best interest at heat.
Then what you want to do is plan out a route from your safe spot to another Destination increments of 5 feet.
Then you need to decide how often you want to do the exercise, for example: once a day or once every Monday at 2pm, or twice a day or every other day it’s totally up to you.
Then you want to do the exercise with your friend 3 times and the you want to do the exercise without your friend with you.
You want to repeat the exercise as often as you need {put in some actuary goals that can be achieved)
Once you successfully reached your goal of the 1st. 5 feet. Then start the next 5 feet, and continue this exercise till you are at your long term goal of what ever number of feet you want to achieve.

Some tips to make the exercise more comfortable are: take a CD player or walkman with you and listen to some favorite music or videos or movies.
Also try some weights on the ankle and wrist and waist.

There are 2 programs out there that are famous for treating Panic Attacks and Anxiety successfully.
They are: Panic Away and The Linden Method.

You may wonder, "Which one is better?" Don’t worry, you’re not the only one with that question.

The Panic Away program is more appropriate for people who can cope with their Panic Attacks or Anxiety well.
Linden Method is more for those who aren’t really good in coping their Panic Attacks or Anxiety well.
