How do I stop a panic attack without drugs, what about if this attack leads to diarrhea?

If you are having panic attcks that are interfering with your normal daily functioning, and you have had several of them, you should see a doctor and get properly diagnosed. It can be a symptom of a neurotransmitter imbalance in the brain which can get worse in time and lead to more severe symptoms down the road. There are several good, very safe drugs that are used to treat this condition on a long term basis. If you insist on not taking drugs, you might try taking St. Joh’s Wort, which has similar beneficial effects on keeping certain neurotransmitters at normal levels. Also raw cocoa bean extract works well, since the cocoa contains a natural monoamine oxidase inhibitor.

Also if you are having diarrhea, it suggests your body is releasing a very large impulse of cortisol during the attack. This suggests to me that you may have a disease condition involving either the pituitary gland, or the adrenal glands. In any case you need to be seen by someone and some tests need to be run to be sure you don’t have a serious underlying condiiton. For example a pituitary tumor or an adrenal tumor, or Cushing’s syndrome. You should be evaluated by an endocrinologist, or ideally a neuroendocrinologist.

Drink lot’s of water (that’s for the Diarrhea) and take measured breath’s. Put a fan on medium (for the cool air and the white noise it makes). Turn lights off or turn on low and avoid noise and lot’s of people.

I wonder what is causing the attacks….if it is physical, psychological, or spiritual..only you would possibly know..try to think what may be initiating this..so you know how to handle it…try to contact a minister you feel you can trust, since they should be free..and see if they can advise you….there are also some anti-diarrhea medications that are over the counter…ask your pharmacist..
