I have had an aniexty disorder since I was a teenager. I would get so wound up that my legs and arms would become catatonic and my chest would tighten up and I felt like I couldn’t breath. Not only was it uncomfortable but I really thought I was either going to die or faint or something.
I sought the help of a therapist and ended up taking Klonzapem to help with my anxiety.
I just take it PRN. I tried all of the natural methods I could, and gave them more than the good ole girl scout try. I tried deep breathing, I tried mediation or yoga, I tried natural herbs and nothing worked. I even tried accupuncture. Nothing seemed to work.
Benzodiazapiems can be very addictive and must be used with caution. I have proved myself to my Dr by taking them as I need them and no more.
I just realized to myself that I need help and take care of it by seeing a Dr. It’s no different than having diabetes or heart problems. It is a health care issue and dealing with it the proper way makes my life much simplier and happier.

I hypervenilate and have to breath into my hands so I dont pass out. Also try focusing on something to get your mind off of whatever causes your attacks.

There is no out and out cure for this kind of thing but you can help yourself with the aid of a paper bag. When you feel an attack coming on, sit down, let your head fall gently forward and breathe as slowly and evenly as you can into the paper bag. I don’t know why and how it works but it does.
This tip was given to me by my grandmother when I used to suffer from panik attacks as a youngster.

Panic attacks are so hard to stop once they start. I used to have them often.
I think my attacks were caused by my feelings of helplessness.
This is what worked for me: if I feel an attack starting, I try to get away from the situation causing it. I try to go someplace I feel safe, like my bedroom. I make my self breathe slowly, in through the nose and out through the mouth. Focusing on the breathing helps take the focus off whatever is causing the attack.

If the attacks get worse you should probably see a doctor.

sorry but panic attacks are only manageable never cured.

when you get a panic attack take something like a Valma. just something to help you cram down a but and maybe sleep it off.

also try to find the things that set them off and avoid them or if your stronger then try to confront them so they no longer have that effect on you

Good luck
