valium or clonezepam? the best one for panic attacks anxiety and or depression , thanks?
hi i have severe panic attacks and dep, i dont want to take to many tablets that might make me more depressed but which one is better to get me over the hurdle and why thanks.
oh i tried xanax years ago it altered my thinking and made me very dep, i dont want anything like that again to strong.
I’ve been taking Clonazapam for 11 years for anxiety. It works for panic attacks. Valium and Xanax didn’t really help me at all. Valium made me not want to get out of bed ever.

Your concern about an appropriate medication is very understandable. Not all meds for anxiety/depression suit – I recommend you consult a doctor who is willing to give the time to listen to you and work with you to find the most suitable medication. There are many options available, so make sure the doctor knows about them – many don’t!

Neither are desirable for panic disorder. This is because you will become dependent on them.
An antidepressant (SSRI) is the best treatment when combined with psychological methods (CBT).
The whole idea is to learn to manage without medication.

I take clonezepam it last longer for depression it last longer than valium .its nothing like xanax
