ways to relax and stop panic attacks?
OK, if there is something you have to do but it tends to make you have small internal panic attacks what would you do to relax yourself to the point they would not happen?
Take deep breaths, sip some water…and try to distract yourself (if possible) a game on your phone etc.
I suffer badly with anxiety so what I normally do to stop panic attacks is take Kalms or Rescue Remedy – they are both herbal and avaliable without a perscription. Not too expensive either about £4 from any chemists/boots etc they help me loads.
I recommend you sign up to the forum No More Panic – really good info on there and people suffering the same as you.
Good luck

whatever the "something" is that you have to do that makes you have small panic attacks try visualizing the act over and over in your mind. Then whenever you actually do have to do it seems like it is so much easier. Try imaging the worst possible scenario also and face it ..the problem becomes less perplexing, ……. before the event listen to http://www.lime.com/meditation_room, it’s a relaxation meditation type site with different rooms that have visual and audio
