Lately I’ve been breathing hard trying to catch my breath when I get angry and I also start to get dizzy and feel like puking…Are these symtoms of a panic attack

It does sound like it could be anxiety related. I have the same symptoms…feel like I can’t get enough oxygen, uptight, very short fuse, can’t concentrate, dizzy, stomach feels balled up….

absolutely. but rapid heart beat and sweaty palms are most common.

yeah wanting to jump out of your skin can be a symptom, although I’ve had panic attacks when I was healthy (no infections) and not healthy (respiratory infections).

Trust me, when your not healthy a panic attack is way worse, because you actually have depressed breathing. Depressed breathing is then a physical reality in contrast to a psychological feeling. Its a vicious cycle. You can’t breathe, so you stress, and when you stress you hyperventilate. When your healthy and breathing fine, you might be ‘happy with anxiety’ or ‘cant sit down anxious’.

Difficulty breathing, feeling like you want to jump out of your skin. You can usually calm yourself down by doing some form of meditation and deep breathing.

Could be. It could also be a dozen other things. Do you notice when you seem to get the symptoms? Around crowds? Going thought tunnels? Sitting in church? Being on an airplane or even thinking of going on a plane? You may feel anxious, worry, upset stomach, dizziness, wanting to "get out", or "escape", feel trapped, shake, sweat, feel lightheaded. You can go on http://www.webmd.com. They can help by going into more detail. Good Luck.
