what causes you to get a panic/ anxiety attack all of a sudden one day?
I am so curious if anyone knows how you just get anxiety one day, I had never even heard or anxiety or panic attacks, then all of a sudden it started 2 years ago and has run my life ever since. So you just get it for no reason and then you have it forever??, it doesn’t seem right
You have a treatable illness called anxiety disorder. it is an imbalance in the adrenaline system which sets off a chemical reaction in your body that triggers feelings. You need to see a psychiatrist for an evaluation and get on medication that will reduce your symptoms and eventually eliminate them.
Unless, of course, you want to keep living like this. It is a choice. There is no why. There is only what and what is a disorder that is common and treatable. it is not something you can control or wish away.

Its because your heart rate, when it increases rapidly, the beats become irregular. Therefore causeing panic/ anxiety attacks. It happens over time, if the heart rate keeps going up then down a lot. I know this because I get panic attacks alot and I wanted anwers about it when I went to the doctors.
Hope I helped and if you have anymore questions, Feel free to messege me, Ill be sure to answer.

its a build up of stress and worry and when you have these panic attacks its your body telling you enough is enough and its your body’s way of releasing all this build up of adrenaline. i recommend you read ‘At Last A Life’ by Paul David. the key is understanding!

these attacks are caused by adrenaline which is caused by your bodies reaction to a perceived threat.
