What does it feel like to have a panic attack?
Last night I was laying down about to fall asleep, and all of a sudden my heart started racing very fast and off beat. I have a heart murmur and heart palpultations, but this felt completely different. I didn’t feel good laying down it only made it worse. It felt a little better when I stood or sat up. Is this a panic attack?
Hmm, I think they vary for everyone.
I get them but not too frequently.
It gets hard for me to breathe, I start to sweat a little, and my stomach starts aching.
I’ve read up on it a few times and there can be quite a number of different sypmtoms.
This might be helpful.

It might have been. Only way to know is to have your doctor evaluate you.
Panic attacks feel like regular people would imagine they would feel if suddenly confronted with an immediate threat to their life.

Honey, you said that you have all of these heart problems yet, you are trying to ask if you had a different heart problem. Even though it didn’t feel like the other issues, it still probably has something to do with them. I know everyone says this on this website but, you should see a doctor!
