What happened to me last night while I was sleeping?
The first reaction was that it was a panic attack or I got cold/hot. Please tell me what you think. I’ve had a lot going on lately that I’ve worried about and been under a lot of stress. I had a fan on my legs last night and the rest of my body was hot from the heat. About after an hour of sleep I jumped up feeling that I was having a hard time breathing, was trembling, felt like I was going to throw up, felt like I was dying, and felt like I wasn’t real. I thought it was a panic attack from having so much going on in my life right now that’s been stressful but it hasn’t bothered me a whole lot during the day. Than I thought maybe it was where one half of my body was cold and the other was hot. I finally got myself together enough to take some Tylenol, use the br, and call my fiance. It took me about an hour and a half to go back to sleep. I woke up several times after that feeling ok but worried about what happened. Anyone have any idea what might have happened? Thanks!

You aren’t dealing with all the stress in your life properly and it is coming out. Sounds like you had a panic attack.
Write down everything you have to do, everything on your plate. Then prioritize them. Once everything is written down, you don’t have to worry about them. Start completing the tasks one by one, or deleting them. Get help on those you need help with.

was it a dream?? like u dreamt that u were falling from something high?like a cliff or something similar??then it felt as if ur whole body is going down in real life?? if tats so, u are growing.. ur body is slowly streching itself.. well, tat is if u r still a kid.. how oldr u?
