what is anxiety……?
can anyone tell me what anxiety is :S ?
because i kept getting chest pains not being able to breathe and stuff like that and so i went to the doctors
and when i said all the symptons and stuff they said it’s anxiety which is making me have panic attacks
and also can this be anything to do with being badly depressed ?
and can anything be done about anxiety :S ?
Anxiety is simply fear…….and often fear of the unknown. It can cause panic attacks. This sort of problem often has no reason to it, no real reason to fear. I suffered for years, not knowing what it was. For about five years I have taken Lexapro, and occasionally Klonopin. Both have helped me tremendously.

worrying about unreasonable things, things what most people dont worry about, sometimes it goes hand in hand with depression, some of the things youve described tell me you could have it. go to your doctor theyll be happy to help you, dont be afraid to tell them anything youre worried about.

Anxiety and depression normally go hand in hand.
The route of anxiety is fear. Fear of life, fear of everything.
I talk as someone who has suffered both, and there is no miracle overnight solution or cure, but there is a lot of help out there.
You need to get clever and get one step ahead of it by understanding it.
The only way to do that is to re-educate yourself on everything to do with it.
This is a subject close to my heart (so to speak) and the only way I overcame it was by first understanding how I got there in the first place. It always boiled down to my thinking. My distorted thinking. That’s simplifying it but that is the long and short of it.

I have had anxiety all my life all the time but in varying degrrees and meds don’t work for me.It ranges between feeling edgy and tense to full blown panic attacks.It is descibed as the fight or flee feeling.

Its anxiousness.If your anxious about somthing thats anxiety,being anxious of somthing all the time causes panic attacks.Its like being worried all of the time and thinnking negative about the futture when it hasnt even happened yet.Thats anxiety
Anxiety is EASY to remove because its just a state of mind : ) try this.
"Feel every pebble beneath your feet,feel every whisp of wind across your face,feel every breath of air enter your lungs"
Practice this everyday for the next few days and i guarantee you your anxiety will go away.
Practice thinking about 3 things at the same time or more instead of being single minded thats what the anxiety has done to you.
