what is mean by anxiety, depression and panic attack ?
Anxiety is the feeling of uneasiness, fear and insecurity when in reality there is nothing to be afraid of. Fear normally disappears after the danger is gone, but anxiety persists without any apparent danger.
Fear, or mild anticipatory anxiety is normal emotion, leading to adaptive behaviour. But when the fear-provoking situation becomes long-standing, it causes harm to the body. Long lasting anxiety becomes stressful for the body, leading to medical problems when it is persistent and interferes with normal daily activities or harms physical health.
Clinical depression is a medical condition where a person feels very low or sad over a long period of time. It is more severe than the general feeling of hopelessness that a person may feel after a particularly stressful event in her life and often results in a change in the person’s functioning. During bouts of depression, a person feels extremely dejected and has feelings of inadequacy or low self esteem. They take a gloomy outlook upon life.
panic attack is the other name of Agoraphobia
Agoraphobia is an anxiety disorder. The people with agoraphobia avoid being in certain places or situations. They are afraid about having no way to escape or be overwhelmed with panic and having no help. An intense fear of driving, flying, crossing bridges, or being in shops are examples. The patients may become afraid of their reactions to these situations and this fear in itself can be disabling. In extreme cases, the agoraphobic person may never leave home.
Agoraphobia is often the end stage of panic disorder. Panic disorder is characterized by severe frequent panic attacks marked by a sense of impending doom. A person may be called agoraphobic when he/she tries to avoid situations, which he/she feels might trigger a panic attack.

What it means , is that you had a really bad childhood .
The human heart Controls all emotions . When you are young all kinds of feelings and emotions are downloaded into you .
It’s really a foundation of your adult life .
If you parents Built a good foundation , you become president like Obama .
If your parent build sand and fear as the foundation of your character and heart , and all kind of other garbage , you have anxiety , depression and panic attacks .
So you have to rebuild , this is done by first tearing down the old , then putting new in it’s place .
Thoughts are like wood , or food , what ever you think about , will form you heart and character .
So work on filling your heart with good thing , and turn the channel of your focus off of bad things .
This takes time and will power , but in time , you will lay a new foundation .
you may need to talk out (tear out the old foundation ) the old painful stuff done to you in the past , and come to terms with it , and to forgive as you understand that your parents were that way because of their parent , and their parents and their parents .
So tear out the old , and build new .

Dr. knowitall is pretty much correct with his answer however anxiety and depression are different and panic attacks come along with both. There are anti-anxiety medications which are basically. tranquilizers and there are anti-depressant medications which assist with chemical imbalances in the brain. Anxiety is the feeling of being anxious to the point you freak out over things you know are stupid things to be freaking out over but you still are and depression varies in degrees. ,. Some depression is caused by loss of loved ones, major life changes and sometimes it is was it is for no reason that you can put your finger on but still feel like you just want the earth to open up and let you fall in. Depression can be genetic also. Panic attacks make you feel like you can’t breath, you want to run, hide under the bed , your heart beats like its going to explode you become fearful of everyday things, people or whatever and just cannot bring yourself to get up and get going and you just have to get back home as fast as you can, get in your house where you feel like you are safe. All three of these disorders are terrible things to go through and feel. If this is happening with you speak up, get to a doctor and discuss it. If you are a minor tell your parents or parent what’s going on. Talk about it and keep the lines of communication open. NEVER BE EMBARASSED BY HAVING THESE FEELINGS – We all experience them in one way or the other its just how you you perceive things.

Been there, still there as far as anxiety and panic attacks. Just lost my husband of 25 years who had been ill for the past 5 with a terminal disease and i roamed around all that time taking care of him and waiting for the other shoe,, to drop and then when he died, even though I knew it would happen, I pretty much lost it for awhile since I thought I was prepared and I wasn’t. I have many friends with these isuses as well and it is nothing to be ashamed of. It happens even to the best of us and we do the best we can. I am 56 years old and still learning and discovering new things. I hope this give you a better sense of the words.
