What is the best medication for panic attacks in your opinion? I take klonopin and how would you rate that.?
Thanks, I know they are different for all people but I always feel like I am being jipped by my doctor.
I have a panic disorder, (lots of panic attacks all the time, no reason) I take Effexor 150, and Ativan

everyone is different, so there is no "best medication"… just because something works well for me, doesn’t mean it will be good for you… if you see what i mean.
best to work with the doctor. if your medication isn’t doing its job, then a discussion with doc is surely in order.

Lexapro has helped my panic attacks.
Klonopin is not a bad medication for panic attacks.
