what is the best way to cure/or deal with panic attacks?
I need to know how to control myself and minimse the risk of having panic attacks without having to use drugs.
Deep breathing or meditation. Plus, avoid caffeine, alcohol and other recreational drugs. Messes up your brain chemistry. DO healthy things, like eat well, exercise, pursue interests, spend time with friends/family for support. Take care of yourself.

Well, don’t take any medicines, they r addictive. Just calm down! Think of ways that the problem will be solved with or just think that the problem is gonna work itself out. Good Luck!!!

Take long deep breaths when you first feel them coming on. Don’t hyperventalate just deep breaths and consentrate on your breathing.

If there is a pool close by jump in it, that is very relaxing , also candles I light them every night also a dog that will protect you and very loving towards you these remedies do help. My dogs are my life savers.
