It is very hard but it is possible. Anxeity is all about how we reinforce our own fears. When we feel like we are about to have a panic attack we will run from the situation, telling our mind that there is something to be scared of. Which of course the next time you put yourself in that situation you are guarenteed to freak out. The only way to really reverse how you feel is to go to the situations that make you uncomfortable and deal with the panic. Accept it, say ok I might have a panic attack but thats ok, I am not going to be in any danger, nothing bad is going to happen from this panic attack and be ready for it. Believe me I know they are extremely uncomfortable but you have to learn to accept them and when you show your mind that there is nothing to be scared of everything will ease off. It does take a lot of time and it certainly is hard but if you want to overcome this and you are tired of living in fear it is time to give yourself the extra push you need. NOTHING bad can happen from a panic attack except you being scared and i think that is one thing we all forget when we are in the situation. I ended up letting my anxiety take over and I became agoraphobic. It was horrible and just now I am able to push myself and I do. Even if I only allow my self to be in that situation for 2 minutes. I am not avoiding them anymore. But you need to be encouraged and you need to be complimented and when you went somewhere, even if for only 30 seconds, you did awesome and you need to acknowledge the good in what you are doing. Don’t be to hard on yourself. good luck to you.

First try taking deep breaths and doing something distracting. If nothing works you need to see your doc

I think that you should just take times to relax and find some sort of hobby to keep your mind off of things.Just breathe and think of something else don’t try and focus of on whats bothering you.

Learning how to relax may help you head off a panic attack. You can learn to relax through a variety of techniques, such as meditation, muscle relaxation, relaxed breathing and guided imagery (visualization).

Relaxation is more than getting away from the work-a-day grind, and it’s more than the absence of stress. It’s a specific, intentional action that’s positive and satisfying — a feeling in which you experience peace of mind. True relaxation requires becoming sensitive to your basic needs for peace, self-awareness and thoughtful reflection and having the willingness to meet these needs.

Relaxation techniques can help lessen the discomfort and duration of the signs and symptoms of stress, such as headaches, anxiety, high blood pressure, trouble falling asleep, hyperventilation, and clenching or grinding your teeth. One simple method is to remove yourself from a stressful situation, block the world out and concentrate on your body. These steps can help you relax:

Sit or lie in a comfortable position and close your eyes. Allow your jaw to drop and your eyelids to be relaxed and heavy, but not tightly closed.
Mentally scan your body. Start with your toes and work slowly up through your legs, buttocks, torso, arms, hands, fingers, neck and head. Focus on each part individually. Where you feel tension, imagine it melting away.
Tighten the muscles in one area of your body. Hold the muscles for a count of five or more before relaxing and moving on to the next area. This is a good method for releasing tension. Tighten the muscles of your face, shoulders, arms, legs and buttocks.
Allow thoughts to flow through your mind, but don’t focus on any of them. Many people find using autosuggestion to be a great help. Suggest to yourself that you’re relaxed and calm, that your hands are heavy and warm (or cool if you’re hot), that your heart is beating calmly, and that you feel perfectly at peace.
Breathe slowly, regularly and deeply during the procedure. Once you’re relaxed, imagine you’re in a favorite place or in a spot of great beauty and stillness. After five or 10 minutes, rouse yourself from the state gradually.
To maximize the benefits of these stress-reduction techniques, be sure to also get adequate sleep, eliminate caffeine and other stimulants from a well-balanced diet (80% alkaline foods and 20% acidic foods daily), and engage in regular exercise. About 30 minutes of moderately intense physical activity most days of the week can improve your psychological well-being.
Additionally, you’ll also need to address your body’s pH (whether your acidic or alkaline). by drinking a sufficient amount of water daily. By sufficient amount of water daily means: Divide your weight in lbs. by 2; Substitute ounces instead of lbs. when you get the answer. The answer is the number of ounces of water that your body requires daily to lose weight (i.e., if you weigh 128 lbs., you will have to drink 64 ounces or 8 glasses of water daily).
However, I’ll go one step further to show you the best and safest way to good health so that your entire system will achieve a balanced pH and not be depleted of the essential minerals that it needs. Here’s why. As the typical American diet is mainly acidic, except for most fruits and vegetables, it is close to impossible for our body to attain the alkaline levels that spells good health without the proper nutrients. This being the case, it is very difficult to attain good health unless you monitor closely your body’s pH. Let me explain.

An acid pH has considerable influence over the majority of health problems, including anxiety and panic attacks.
The best way to drink 8 glass of water daily is to mix it with Xtreme X2O, a natural and organic, coral calcium with 70 trace minerals, which transforms the pH of the water beverage to 9.9 (highly alkaline)!

You may ask why not just drink plain water? The answer is: When you drink lots of water, all of 8 glasses daily, it does not have the essential minerals (calcium, magnesium, also known as "nature’s tranquilizer"
plus more than 70 trace minerals) that your body needs to elevate its pH and therefore, alkalize your body as the pH of plain water is rather low and very acidic (pH < 7.0). Additionally, our body cannot manufacture any of these essential minerals so you’ll have to ingest it from an outside source. If you take any form of supplements in tablet or capsule form, they are at best only 10%-20% absorbed by our body (check the color of your urine: if it is bright
yellow, your supplements are going down the drain as well. That’s why they call it ”expensive urine”). I had to learn this the hard way, more than a decade long. Upon taking X2O, you’ll notice your urine is light, light yellow in color, meaning the minerals are fully absorbed by your body and not going down to drain.
Remember, "Alkalinity" equals Oxygen and Oxygen = Good Health.

If you would like to know what your pH level is, let me know. For more info, check this site:
