what is the difference between an anxiety attack and panic attack? +read detail?
I was always afraid of boats and planes when I was younger. I recently went on a cruise and when the boat began rocking from high winds I got very nervous. I felt naucious and I began to feel very heavy and dizzy. My muscles also were very tense and if i moved my arms they would actually feel sore. My heart was racing for about an hour, I couldn’t seem to calm down. I’ve heard people experience panic attack or anxiety in certain situations. Was I experiencing one? And if I was which one, anxiety or panic attack??
It sounds like a panic attack, but honestly either way it doesn’t matter what they are called. I suffer from anxiety attacks mostly when I know something important is coming up. I do take medicine for it and it helps.
