What is the Difference between and Anxiety attck and a Panic attack?
my anxiety attacks have been common for the past month, about a couple every week but now i have been having something like it, but different, the symptoms are different but it feels the same.
im confused on if it is panic or just anxiety with different symptoms.
The difference between anxiety and panic attacks is that anxiety attacks are caused by overlapping strees and a panic attack is when you have like "extreme fear" and you cannot breath as well as you could have before…

They are the same thing. No real different. An anxiety attack(panic attack) can change some symptoms over time. Without more information it is hard to say. See a doctor to rule out anything physical first. Then see a therapist.
