What is the name of illegal drugs you know to overcome panic attack of public speaking? ?
i have been in numerous public speaking classes, and every time i always get light headed on the stage. PLEASE HELP…
maybe you should go talk to a counselor or something. They will be able to help you more then anyone on this site. And besides, taking illegal drugs can be very dangerous for anyone, especially if you do not know what your doing.

…I really hope you actually meant LEGAL drugs.
The only drugs available to help with panic attacks are prescription medication. Talk to a psychiatrist and see if you qualify for any medications.
(But why would you join public speaking classes if they give you panic attacks anyway..?)

Well, are you implying that you want to take illegal drugs to help with your panic attacks? Taking illegal drugs, especially in public, will increase your chances of getting caught and getting into a lot of trouble. Furthermore a lot of illegal drugs such as weed, cocaine, etc can actually induce a panic attack and make your situation worse. To be honest the best option would be to go see a doctor, and tell them your problem so they can prescribe you prescription medication to help with it, if its bothering you that much. That should help calm your nerves. Hope this helps!
