what to do if you mom has abandoned you and you have panic attacks and im18 with no car or job im so sad help!
my mom just left me today and im 18 and i have very bad panic attacks and agoraphobia and i dont know what to do i dont have a car or a job my heart is broken its like im comfortably numb please help someone

At this moment, call a local shelter & you can likely get in there for now. They are very good at helping people get sorted out.
Do call as soon as possible.
Also, see a doctor and get a prescription for a light anti-anxiety medication to help you while you sort yourself out.

Control emotions.
Take care of yourself.
Get counseling.
Force yourself to overcome your fear of life, and just go confront it. Dare yourself to leave the house, and go apply for a job. I’m sure your mom will take you to work.
Then keep confronting it.
You’re immature. That’s all. Just get a healthy dose of life experience, and you will be fine.
Oh, yeah. Get out from the front of the TV, and get an outside hobby. Deliver newspapers or something. Just don’t sit around the fool house all day.

the proof is in the pudding my friend. when the world is hard, be harder. nothing in this life is free and hardly anything is fair. persistance is the key to success. If you refuse to fail you cannot. Understand mothers fathers friends family and everyone else are people. and it is within peoples demeanor to do these types of things. be a train not a flower. and if you are at the bottom, there is no way to go but up…keep that in mind

I don’t know what to tell you. You’re 18 so technically you’re an adult. Do you have a place too stay? If you already have that covered then the next thing you should do is look for a job. You’re going to have to find a way to make it on your own.
