Obviously this is a very important question and it
deserves the best possible answer. There are usually
some variations among the symptoms; and among the
reasons, if any can be identified. Panic attacks can
be treated by a wide variety of meds, sometimes even
most successfully as a "side effect" of a certain med.
So if a sufferer wants the best chance of relief
as soon as possible, and wants to avoid multiple trials
of different drugs which aren’t helpful, the individual
aspects of the attacks should be discussed with a
psychiatrist who is clinically skilled and caring.
Are such doctors hard to find? Yes, they can be.
Don’t start by listings in a phone book. Ask other
health professionals or people who have had similar
problems, as long as you trust them and can respect
their opinions. Your question is much too general
to answer without good medical help. And even though
finding that may be a job in itself, it’s worth
the effort.

Actually it comes from a thought pattern… Conditional Love- we think something is missing or that something should be different and therefore we chose (intententionally or unintentionally) to be stressed, anxious, nervious, depressed…
You may find a drug to hide the symptoms for a while however it will just keep coming back.
Hope this helps to understand.

dont use medication if you can help it – go to a support group – speak to your doctor – get behavioural therapy – use relaxation techniques – it is all stress related and it will go away – get some support and dont worry about it. Go to Google and put in panic attacks – there should be some support groups listed.
