I had my first one this last Friday and I experienced them all weekend. They’re interfering with my classes and I left school already once because of them. I can’t continue to live like this. Please help.

I understand how hard it is. It will help you if once under a panic attack you actually try to relax your mind, unwind and think of good things and even close your mouth and breathe through your nose.

I have panic disorder, it was so bad I experienced them all day everyday for months. Until I ordered a program called Attacking Anxiety and Depression, you should look into it, but until then here is a few tips I learned.
1. ACCEPT-float dont fight, it always passes.
2. PERMISSION – I know what this is, it’s ok to be anxious i am ok.
3. BREATHE- inhale 2sec exhale 4sec
4. INNER DIALOGUE – positive, comforting, talk your self down, remind yourself you know whats happening and it’s ok it will pass.
5. DISTRACT – action, mental, and physical for at least 15 min. keep your self busy, think about something positive or get up and move around, do something.
6. LET TIME PASS – discomfort always passes.

~ It’s ok to be anxious, I’m ok.
~Body symptoms are uncomfortable, but there is no danger.
~I have the tools to control panic
~I can handle my sad feelings
~I am my safe place, I am home
~It’s ok to relax now.
~I can share my feelings and thoughts
~It ALWAYS passes
~I am strong, capable, and courageous
~My new skills are working.

FEAR = FALSE EVIDENCE APPEARING REAL

HOPE THIS HELPS – PLZ CHECK OUT THIS PROGRAM I PROMISE YOU WON’T REGRET IT.

A few tips for Controlling Panic Attacks
AUGUST 27 IN STOP PANIC ATTACKS BY PANIC ATTACK HELP

Sometimes people feel anxious and stressed out but, for those who suffer with panic attacks the problem can be much more serious. Dizziness, difficulty breathing, trembling and abdominal pains are results from people who regularly suffer from panic attacks. Some people may not see panic attacks as life threatening however, it can be crippling by not allowing you to perform and be productive at work, driving a car, or even interacting with other people. In this article you’ll find some useful tips for controlling panic attacks.

For starters “Learn the triggers”: People are different, so what triggers an attack for one person does not mean that it’s triggered the same way in another person. Learning what triggers your panic attacks will help you to cope with them and prepare for them. You must avoid “caffeine”. Soda, coffee, diet pills and other various products may contain caffeine. Aggravation can set in if the nervous system has been coated with caffeine, this could lead to a panic attack.
Another successful method is to “learn relaxation techniques”. If you need help staying calm and focused, relaxation techniques such as yoga, meditation, or breathing exercises can help. Overreacting to whatever you fear is, is the reason why your panic attacks set in, learning how to remain relaxed and focused can help stop the overreaction.
Getting plenty of sleep is helpful. Making you more susceptible to a panic attack is the lack of sleep. Plenty of sleep will help to rid the problem of panic attacks; this will reduce stress and the chances for your panic attacks to occur.

Exercising regularly can help cease your panic attacks. Endorphins are released into the bloodstream when exercise is taking place. The natural feeling of euphoria happens to you when endorphins are released. With regular exercise, this will help to improve your self-esteem, boost your energy level, and it will help you to relax to help reduce you chances of having a panic attack. These are a few methods that can be used for controlling panic attacks. Try these methods daily and should see improvement.

Hey, I understand how you feel…

The uncomfortable symptoms like sweaty palms, "jelly" legs, extreme alertness, "impending doom" feeling and the fight-or-flight response.
I’ve been there. I’m an ex-victim. Sometimes the deep breathing or distraction techniques doesn’t work – a full-blown panic or anxiety attack happens later.
Sometimes you experience panic attack out of the blue and such.

Do NOT buy Panic Away, Linden Method, EasyCalm or the Panic Puzzle. They do NOT work – I’ve tried them and their solutions are similar – it DOESN’T WORK.
Medications do NOT work – I was under many antidepressants (Prozac, Lexapro, Paxil and Zoloft) and anti-anxiety medications (Ativan, Klonopin, and Xanax) but my condition was the same – no improvement at all.

The only program that really work is The Panic Attack Solution. It’s found by an ex-victim. You can check out his old blog in his official website to read up some useful tips.
But the package is the best – it teaches 17 powerful techniques and the real solution to panic attacks. I’ve bought it and it really helped me – it’s the BEST anti-anxiety package or book I’ve read.
His theory really makes sense and it works effectively!

You will learn why your panic attacks can happen without warning sometimes; why having stimulant causes panic attacks; and many-many other useful tips!
