like when you first get a panic attack or when you start to get anxiety and you been suffering the symtoms everyday but then they cange up on you like you never felt that symtom before. why is that why can’t they stay the same like we been gettin? instead of something new all the time like you been used to the symtoms and you can cope with it cause you already know what it is but when you get a new symtom its like "oh crap what is this"? i hate that.

Anxiety is bad enough. Other factors so to say "store" anxiety in your body, and keep storing it till it grows BIG and STRONG, and when it cant hold it in, it floods it out of your body all at once, as a panic attack. i know what u mean though. for me, schizophrenia bipolar, right when i have it under control, the meds cause another problem. you just get used to it after a while

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc.

Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI – Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level.

But there are natural ways to do it without medication. There’s this strange herb called "St John’s Wort" – it is said to be more effective than Prozac. No, it is not for mild depression only and ignore those sayings. In fact, it does help anxiety and panic-attacks as St John’s Wort works like prozac. Other natural ways will be exercise, diet, more exposure to light, etc.
The problem is that, even if your Serotonin is balanced… you have that "learned behavior" in your mind. You need to break that initial cycle to destroy that learned behavior – Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) does this. A technique that you can use without CBT will be Distraction… There are several other techniques to help cope them!
Ok, to use Distraction: Firstly, try to….

Unfortunately this will continue until you actually get rid of the anxiety and panic attacks. It is normal for the symptoms to change because you are so afraid of them.
I am living proof that this can be done. I had a problem with this for years and it stopped me from living.
I don’t know if you have already tried medications or therapy?
The natural methods work much better and you should look into them.
