will i have panic attacks forever now ?
i’m in theatre, and we did the play, the wizard of oz . i was their tinman, i’m not explaining how (too much detail), but the whole play was SUPER stressful . a week before opening i had this horrible panic attack that lasted 45 minutes, i seriously lost it and went on this crazy ass rampage . from that point on until the end of the play i had 6 more panic attacks . after the play ended, they went away .so 2 weeks after my girlfriend broke up with me, we had to break up because we had noo time to see each other . i agreed to breaking up, but i was still pissed and i had another panic attack . making a total of 8 panic attacks .
i was thinking that they’d leave after the play, but i was wrong.
will i have panic attacks for the rest of my life now??
Depends on you. If you opt for a panic prevention system, you won’t.
There is a natural system that prevents panic attacks – meaning you would not have such attacks if you use this system. And it works well. Worked with someone I know.
The good part is that it does not require medication (and hence does not need insurances).

I personally hate panic attacks – harms even your physical health in the long run.

You can get over them if you learn about what they are so you can ignore them. They cant hurt you & are made worse by thinking about them & becoming frightened by the feeling you get that you’re about to die. Many good books writen on the subject.
I had them for a few years, at first I thought I was about to drop dead; went & saw someone & had none since.
